Privacy Policy

The short version

ExYu IPTV at exyu-iptv.co processes only the data needed to deliver your subscription and to help you if something goes wrong. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

What data we process and why

• Order data: your e-mail address, the plan you chose and confirmation that the payment went through. We use it to send your login details and to answer your questions.
• Support messages: whatever you write to us, such as the device you use and any error you see. We use it only to solve your case.
• Technical entries: basic server records, for example error messages, that help us keep the service running.

Payment

Payment is handled by our checkout provider. Your card or account details are entered on the provider's secure page and are processed by the provider under its own privacy rules. We do not receive or store your full payment details.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies only for the checkout, so that your chosen plan is remembered until you have paid, and for basic analytics that count visits in a general way. There is no advertising tracking and no profile building. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site stays readable, and you may only have to choose your plan again at checkout.

How long we keep data

We keep order data and support messages for as long as your plan runs and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can handle questions, refunds and disputes. After that we delete the data or, where the law requires us to keep it, restrict its use.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting your data during an active plan means we can no longer resend your login details. You also have the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority responsible for your place of residence.
