Scope

These terms apply to every order placed through exyu-iptv.co, operated as ExYu IPTV. By ordering you accept them.

The product

We offer IPTV subscriptions: internet TV packages that you use on your own devices with a compatible player app. Each plan runs for the term shown at checkout.

Ordering and payment

You choose a plan and pay at checkout. Payment is a single one-time payment per plan. Nothing renews automatically and no further charges are made unless you place a new order yourself.

Delivery of login details

After your payment is confirmed, we send your login details to the e-mail address you gave at checkout, usually within minutes. Please enter your address carefully and check your spam folder if nothing arrives. If you still receive nothing, write to support@exyu-iptv.co.

Permitted use

• Use the service on your own devices for private, non-commercial viewing.
• Do not resell the service or its login details.
• Do not share your login details with people outside your household.

If these rules are broken, we may end the subscription without compensation.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We also cannot guarantee any specific channel or programme, because the content offered changes over time.

Refunds

If our support cannot get the service working on a supported device, you can ask for a full refund by e-mail within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not given for a change of mind. Please see the Right of Withdrawal page for the rules on digital content.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned. This does not limit liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here on the date of your order applies to that order.
